Phased Residential Development Planned for Central Croydon Office Block

An office block in central Croydon comprising 28,000 sq ft now benefits from planning consent for the first phase, which includes 33 residential units. A further phased application will increase the total number of apartments in this development to 54. Construction for the first phase is scheduled to commence in early 2026.
